The CIT Internship program provides college students a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in a particular job function while gaining a broad understanding of the management of a Fortune 500 company.
We understand the critical point in which students are at within their development, as they are on the brink of making long term career decisions. Our internship program fosters learning and networking in order for students to be able to make informed career choices.

Over the 10-week period, interns work in a specific business unit or functional area. They are assigned work assignments and projects that help drive CIT’s day-to-day operations. Managers and colleagues will work side by side insuring development and learning.
As part of the program, students will also have the opportunity to participate in scheduled events and activities with other interns. These events are designed to give students insight into the company’s strategy, organization and provide networking opportunities across all levels of the company. The 2009 intern program will run from June 1 to August 7, 2009.
