FMV租赁
FMV租赁（或称经营租赁）可帮助企业规避技术陈旧的问题，同时为他们提供一流的租赁设备。 At the end of lease, the customer may:
- return the equipment,
- renew the contract for the same equipment for the term of their choice, or
- purchase the leased equipment for fair market value.
通常，经营租赁的租金可以获得税收减免。
融资租赁
A Finance Lease provides a pre-negotiated purchase price for the leased equipment at the end of the lease term (usually, one additional monthly payment). 通常，此类租赁的租金是不可以减税的。
