Ellen Marshall is Managing Director of CIT Communications, Media & Entertainment, Information Services & Technology. She works with private equity firms and software and technology leaders to grow the presence of CIT in the digital space. The Information Services & Technology group provides financial and advisory products to technology-enabled and web-based services, digital and online media, and software companies.

Areas of expertise:

Before joining CIT, Marshall was Executive Vice President and New Jersey Commercial Market President for Sovereign Bank. With more than 20 years of experience working in finance, she has held senior positions at Global Crossing, CIBC World Markets, Fleet Bank and National Westminster Bank.

Marshall received a BS in Finance from Lehigh University and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Center Against Domestic Violence.
